I purchase Spice QT44 handset on 7th november. When I open it on 8th It was not working. Due to my office schedule, I gave my mobile for service on13th November at Sec-15, Noida(Service Request No-SUT280910B00051). They told the battery is defective and it will take 3 days to get the new battery as its out of stock. But 12 days have passed they are still coming with the same reply 3-4 days more. Moreover when I reach the customer care dept of the company through feedback they also does not revert on that. No satisfactory reply from Deepak Kak whose no I get from Ms Babita(Manager- Customer Care)
I buy this phone because my company does not allow camera phones, so because of their defected piece and delay in service forced me to buy another phone. So the service experience at Spice service center has caused monetary loss as well as delay in my work and its been like amental harassment for me.
