sir, i purchase a mobile phone s 590 on dt 06/03/09 from above dealer after purching of the one month the key pad colour fade i visited so many time to dealer and dealer sent to me the service center i visited there so many time they assured me every time they will replace the key pad but lastly they refuse that they will not replace because the part is not available in company. sir please help me because it is manufactureing fault.
Complainant's Goal: i want to replace key pad or if not then return my money back
