Spice Mobiles - I am very disapointed with service and product of SPICE MOBILES D 88n

My Spice D88n IMEI No. 3534********263 has been not rectifying properly from last three months.

The hand set has been submitted four times just in a month for same problem and no body looking serious to repair properly or trying to resolve all technical problems.



For Same problem when I visited on 11th April, I was informed it take 15 days to repair, that time I had not 15 days in my hand, so I taken back without repaired Set and decided to submit later when I arrange an alternate phone for my uses.



When I arrange an alternate modem and sent my set to your service center on 30th April 2009 it was rejected for repair and they claiming me the set having moisture and it is not cover in warranty norm to just skip warranty responsibility.



Now my hand set has been again submitted on 5th May 2009 with Job Sheet No. SDL234209500043 after discussion had with Mr. Sanjivan.



It is very hard to say I am facing lot of Physical and mental harassment with service and irresponsible attitude of service team (they just know how to harass the customer).

I have collected my phone on 25th May, When I reached to service center to collect repaired phone, the phone was not properly repaired,

I had waited for 3 hours at center during this period they taken back my phone three times inside as every time phone having problem.

I am very sorry to say they have kept my phone for 20 days just to harass me.



Now phone is not working properly and not reliable it again hanging, on 3rd June it stopped working,

I couldn’t receive a call or switch off the phone then I removed the battery after that only on-off key working rest key was not working.

For this problem I visited to service center they took phone inside and return me after 15 minutes and asked to check, we have cleaned it and now it is working.

I requested to give me a service report of this service they insist for copy of bill that time I was not carrying bill but I have already submitted more than 5 times at same center finally they refused to give me service report. Why all time it is necessary to submit a bill copy.

The company is not conscious about environment.



This phone is totally not reliable key pads are not working properly and I am avoiding to carry this phone.

I am totally disappointed with service and quality of phone.
As I always facing problem from 1st week of purchage
