Dear Sir

I purchased a Spice Mi350n mobile from spice showroom Sec-15 Faridabad. Actully I was looking a phone for doing Video calling through using Skype, Store Incharge Mr Govind suggetst me this Spice phone stating that , I can do video calling through Skype , but when i try to use video calling through Skype , its not working , then i went to service centre for resolution , they are saying thatI can not do video calling through skype and now Spice Store persons are also not responding.

Pls help and take necessary action on that Spice store for selling their phone by giving wrong information to customer.

Also pls tell me what is the solution for this issue.
