Dear sir,
I had ordered for roughly 9k worth of item from shopyourworld.com in October 2011.
After following up with them - (I have records of 15-20 messages) - for more than 4 months, finally canceled the order in Jan 2012.
With a promise of return of my money in 2 weeks.
Inspite of several hundred reminders - there seems to be no refund and people have stopped answering. I have been calling on their helpdesk/phone numbers - but to no avail.
I then sought other online people who have been equally wronged. Just google "Shopyourworld.com issues" or shopyourworld complains and you would hit about 1.9M hits !!

I called your office customer care 4 times...
1st time - was on wait for first available rep, for more than 36 minutes
2nd time - on wait for 5 mnutes
3rd time - a lady picked up, asked her, if i could speak to Mr Jasmine, she put me on indefinite hold for 23 minutes
4th time - a few minutes back again for 6 minutes.
