I had placed an order on 22nd October for an product valued 9310 Order No SYWORD851 was suppose to get delivered with in 20 days but still now have not recevied the product

While i call there customer care they keep telling new dates the product will reach and keep the phone on hold for more than 30 mins most of the time

I asked them to cancle the order and refund the amount but they say they will send me an email by evening but nothing happend they are not even refunding my money nor any one is responsible to answer

Please help me how do i go forward to get my money back with interest
