Shopyourworld.com - I want my product(kindle) or my money back

I ordered a kindle with shopyourworld.com on 12th march. expected time of delivery was 8-12 days its 10th april today, their shipment is stuck in customs forever and their customer service team doesnt have a clue about what's happening. They keep saying we need to check with the merchandizing team to give you the status, they simply put std calls on hold for 10 mts and then smartly disconnect them. I want my product and want to know where it is else i want my money back. please help!
