SBI bank has issued me a creditcard on july 2010, but i never got that credit card till date and also i was not aware of the issuance of card.
last year in 2011 I applied for personal loan for my marriage and got to know my cibil record is defualted due to non payment of credit card due of SBI which i never recieved.
Then i call sbi credit card department of mumbai and ask about credit card and they told me that they delivered and I personally recieved creditcard and also i made a purchase of 3994.04 rs. I dont know to whom they have delivered the card.
But due in need of loan they made me to pay atleast 2000rs for settlement. On that also I agree and make payment of 2000rs cash on 03/05/2011.
But i did not get personal loan at that time due to sbi credit card.
This year also i am in need of personal loan and applied for loan and i got to know thay sbi credit card has not updated my record after 1 year of payment. I again ask sbi bank to update cibil and also ask for NOC on 21/06/2012 and still did not recieve any NOC.
I am so much mentally harassed with this behaviour of sbi credit card department.
now i want my money back which i paid for settlement and
also my cibil record to update and also want NOC from SBI beacuse all other banks ask for NOC from SBI credit card and they are not providing NOC also.
