My SBI credit card (No. xxxx xxxx xxxx 6616) was in my wallet that was stolen at my work place (CMR Institute of Technology, Hyderabad) on 23-09-2010 when I was away from my desk. I tried to report to customer careafter I came to know that my wallet was stolen and unfortunately I could not get through. Finally, my husband (Main card holder) blocked it around 3.50 PM on 23-09-2010. In the mean time, there were 3 transactions done after I lost my card. These transaction details are already mentioned in the dispute form. As per the message given by the eye witness at my college, I understood that my wallet was stolen by a male.

Also, I came to know from the merchant (Prabhu service station, Safilguda) that the person had filled up petrol for his car and got the cash INR 11000/- on hand from the cashier who swiped the card for INR 12387/-. After this transaction, he had also used my card in some other place in East Marredpally Main road for INR 3373/-. Unfortunately, I could not locate the merchant.

I had also reported this incident in Medchal local police station and raised a complaint on the same.

Please guide me the steps what i should do immediately
