I would like to bring to your kind notice that, I made a payment of Rs. 1165/- vide Cheque No.: 016417 Dt. 07.09.2008, the same was cleared in my SB A/c No.: 520******** on 09.09.2008. State Bank of Hyderabad, Hitech City Branch, Hyderabad.

But, the same was not credited in my Credit Card Account. And also I made a Complaint No.: 00********732 Dt. 20.09.2008. And also I sent SBH Banker\'s Cretificate and My Account Statement duly signed by the Bank officer to your Noida Office and also to Chennai Office. But there is not proper responce from your SBI CC Department till today. (I sent Fax to Noida Office vide Fax No.: 0124-3992055 on 18.11.2008 - I received confirmation from your office over phone also)

You may check my Credit Card Account regarding my payments. In every statement your people simply adding late fee charges etc., The same brought to your people overphone several times but inwain.

After making proper payment also if you harrash me like this, what to do. And I am getting minimum 50 phone call from your call centre regarding payment hence I felt prestuation and harrashment every month.

Now, I request kindly look in to this matter and solve the problem. I am enclosing Banker Certificates and my account statement (scanned copies).
