Samsung India - Samsung Galaxy S2 worst phone

I have emailed numerous complaints to Samsung regarding the repair of my Samsung Galaxy S2 phone with IMEI number 35********41629 it was given for repair on 03-05-12 at Samsung Service center in Basheerbagh, Hyderabad. I received a call from them saying they are discussing the matter with Service Center and they will call me back in sometime but I am waiting since past 2 days and I have heard back from, when I try to call the same number it doesn't connect. I received a email after my first email from Samsung it gives a clear indication that Samsung has understood the issue clearly and looking forward for its resolution but it did not happened till today that is 19-05-2012 my phone which is worth 30k is with Samsung Service Center. It seems Samsung just send the same template to all INDIAN (Not American or European) customers without even enquiring about the issue, following the is the mail I received from Samsung.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for spending your precious time in writing and bringing up your concern with Samsung Service to our knowledge.
I would like to assure you that I have thoroughly reviewed your issue and feel I owe you our deepest apologies for the inconvenience that has been caused to you.
I wish to confirm that I acknowledge your concern and same has been forwarded to our branch service centre for your area in order to sort out the issue on priority.
In addition, I will be monitoring the steps taken and will guide them for your complete satisfaction as a Valued Samsung Customer.
