I purchased a SASUNG Karishma washing machine model no WS7500 seven years ago. It recently developed a mechanical problem in the machine, the suspension rod has broken. I called the customer care and enquired and the customer care was quick to respond in giving me the address for the availability of spare parts. when I went to specified location the executives say that spares are no given but the technician would come and get it repaired and pronised that it would be done immediately next day. Next day whe I called for the technician the executive says that the complaint was not yet registered and they need one more day as the technicians are no availabel for the day. The next day when I again called for the response the information was given that the techn ician Mr. Ram Mohan was already taken the spares and left for the job but they are not sure when he would come and do it. In the evening when again enquired I received a similar response. the complaint number registerxd at customer care is ********00. I am really surprised why the service center of SAMSUNG is behaving like this. The spares are not provided to the customers so that they can get it repaired from others and they show negligence to wards customer service requests. If SSMSUNG is ot able ot provide proper customer service ot hte customers they should stop selling products in INDIA or they should out source their service wing ot some other third party. there is no point having a non working product in you house and wait for the mercy of the TECHNICIAN from SAMSUNG.

I support this complaint. I am experiencing the same I bought a camcorder however I thing that this blog is also of no use......
