I purchased one split AC 1.5 ton of a reputed brand Samsung on 6.6.2008. The A C has been troubling me from day 1 it was installed at my residence at A-5 B /349, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.Last year it was flooding my Drawing room with water leaking from indoor unit. After several visits by their Engineers, and after it had fully spoiled my sofa and carpet,it was reinstalled but by that time summer was over.
This year, when summer is at its peak in day time, and outside temperature is over 40, it stops cooling.After several complaints at their call centre no, finally, one engineer visited after 12 days of complaint and he changed some condenser. But the problem continues and cooling stops after sometime when it gets heated. The indoor unit is still raining water in my drawing room and no solution to this problem seems to be in sight.
It appears that either the piece sold to me is defective or the Samsung is a total failure in making split AC . I am repenting why I did go to purchase this split AC.The Engineers do not have any permanent solution to this problem and the company is waiting for expiry of free warranty period of one year from date of purchase.

I support this complaint. Even I am facing the problem in split ac.i purchased ac last year in april and facing problem continuously.infact i also want my ac replaced.
