FROM MAR 09 THE A/C GAVE ME PROBLEM NO COOLING EFFECT AND I ASKED FOR REFUND OF MY MONEY. SERVICE ENGG FROM CHENNAI TOLD ME THEY SANCTION THE REFUND BUT IT TAKE TIME TO DESPATCH.
ITS VERY HOT SUMMER IF YOU TAKE 3 MONTHS TIME FOR REFUND IS IT CORRECT.
