my son had purchased the set on 3rd of Nov 2009 and stands under warraanty.I had gone to vaisgnavi Services rohini, add being C-II/33 sect-3 opp NDPL office rohini.the set had little cracked from the top for the last month but was working ok till yesterday when all of a sudden the display had gone and the slider got free. with this condition when i had gone to service center.
The service ceneter was badly in shape, was manned by one Mr Rashid, Rakesh and technician Aman.They were too rough not only to me but to all who were there to gather for their complaint.My set had got dmaged by Mr Aman, who made me stood for 2 hours and made me to assure that it would be alright an sudenly declared that this cant be repaired as the hinges had been broken as well as the fpc.This was ridiculous as he wanted this to be got repaired for Rs 1000/ with the pretext that it is physically damaged and cant be covered under warranty.He was doing this to many coustomers.when i ahad asked to give me in writing, he mad a job sheet declaring as Body damged, fpc broken, hinges broken thus non reapirable, but could it be if i would have paid him Rs 1000/-Then i had spoken to Ms Monika the owner of the service center, but to my strange she was equally vocal, rough and was nt listneing to what i had said and nurrated.
if such are the service center manged by person like Ms Monika, untrained personel in the age group of 18 handling the customer and minting the money at the cost of Sony Ericsson then you are to think the ways to improve the imange the company by taking action aginst such service center and expelling the guys with no attitude and rough attitude.i dont know have any hope to get my set repaired but now got the way to get it repaired from the local market than to come to your service center and also will never thing of purchaing and reommending others to go for your comapany i.e SONY ERICSSON.MInd i am in a senior posiotion in GOI and not an uneducated citizen............Ramesh Julka, A-32 Rose Appt sector 14 extn rohini , ********07, the set was in the name of my son shubham julka( wok order no SE310VR010437 PS It was aslo Ms Monika who said that you cn lodge any complaint to my head office and i am not worried even you can go to consumer court.
