i purchased a sony ericsson ph on 2nd of aug but from the very second i found problems in it like its keypad was not working properly & the ph was also responding late & hangs for 7-8 seconds.
i complained this to that dealer but he was not ready to accept that the ph is having problem. finally at 13th aug,they sent my handset to company to change its motherboard. today i got d phone but the problem is same like before. it stil hangs for 7-8 seconds.
i not not at all satisfied with this phone. i heard so much about this phone & this company but sorry 2 say my experience is so bad dat i ll never suggest even my enemy to go for this company & this handset.
if they want then they can replace my handset but they didnt bcoz on dat time its was under that time period in which the handset can be replace. can any1 suggest me how will i resolve this problem? coz i m sick of dis ph. i wish this phone works smoothly...
sony ericsson should come with good quality ph not with bullshits. this ph is like bullshit. if the customer is in problem then its their duty to resolve the problem. i think sony ericsson forget that customer satisfaction can boom their company. if they will come up with that kind of phone & service then this company is going to ruind their image & prestige soon.
