Dear Sir/Madam,
I had submitted my Sony Ericsson W595 Mobile phone for repairing to the Sony Ericsson Service Center( RT Outsourcing services Ltd. LBS Marg. Vikroli(W). Phone#: 40497500).
Its been more then 15 days and now they are informing that the hardware part which needs to be replaced is not available in the market and they are not sure how much more time more they would need to find the part and return back my mobile phone. I am really surprised by this attitude that company like Sony Ericsson cannot find an electronic part for such a latest mobile model.
I am finding it very inconvenient as I am not having any spare mobile for use.
Hence I will urge upon you to look into the matter urgently and expect a quick positive solution.
