I bought a Xperia M set in Ranchi from a dealer 'Yashvi International' , on 7th September 2013. Not even a month have passed and the phone has become crap. The phone doesn't even gets on properly , its always in safe mode. Its a sudden thing which crept in while using it I don't know how.
I took it to the service center on 1st October & they are telling me that they will have to replace the mother board & they will take at-least 15 days. Its the " COMPANY POLICY " according to them. Its submitted in the service center at the moment with Job No- W113100101828 & Ticket No.- 13100101828.
I didn't expect this kind of solution from SONY at-least, we get a 1 month replacement warranty even if we buy the products online. And what sort of solution is this for a new phone that too when the service center people too can't can't guarantee its success. They have told- " We will change the mother board each time when you have this problem irrespective of the frequency of the problem i.e. a month or even the next day. We won't replace the set. "
In any case I m not going to get just the mother board replaced as it would be the new door to the world of mobile troubles. And I don't want to possess a phone for experiment purpose of the service enter. I want a complete & feasible solution.
I WANT MY SET REPLACED or else full refund.
