I bought my I phon 4s on 2016 while updating my phone is showing no network,i tried several times by switch on & off method but can't recover & coul'd get connected to the network and not doing anything else . Then I went to service center for diagnosing and he said that there is no alternative for repairing software and you have to change the unit.

My phone is crashed only of updating the software please suggest me what to do because I don''t think that the technology of I phone is that much worst , during updation software is crashed and can't be recovered . What kind of quality apple company provides to customer. Apple company is just making his market bigger by providing defective items to the consumers and just taking huge amount .

Just please arrange & help me to repair or exchange my phone.
