I had a broadband connection with airtel from September 2010 to september 2011 and the corresponding landline number is 040-42014036. I had given a request to disconnect the connection from september 2011 and cleared the outsatnding bills till that period. But from past two months i am getting calls from third party people (related to airtel) saying that there is some oustanding bill pending from my side and the lodged a complaint against me but as such when i asked them for which period i need to pay they are not providing any details. I have all the hardcopies fo the bills with me if you want i will get them scanned and send it across.
I already raised 3-4 complaints but as such there was no action taken from the aitel people.
Kindly please take it a high priority and do the needful.
