My Pre-paid mobile no: ********24 and with out intimation of the TRAI Regulation act i have been charged for my text messages in spite of having an sms booster of RC77. i am existing customer and i got the sms booster prior to the implementation of the act. therefore, i should be exempted for the act atleast till the validity of my booster. i kindly request to either increase my validity of my existing sms booster or exempt me from the act and to refund the amount that has been deducted from the account.
