I have chnaged from Reliance cdma to Airtel through mnp. After that I subscribed for airtels missed call alert service paying rs 15. though the service is activated and talktime reduced from my balance I never got a missed call alert. I switched off my phone and called from another mobile but not got any alert. I made complaints to customer care twice but my problem not solved. Only god knows when my problem will be solved?
