On 28.01.2018 I was issued a ticket up to Bankura railway station though the train was to be short terminated at CDGR. On getting announcement at railway platform at about 8:32 am regarding the short termination, I decided to get my ticket refunded. But, the counter official refused to cancel the ticket on the plea that nothing will be refunded . This is surprising. When the counter official issued me the ticket at 8:25 am, she certainly ought to have information of the issue. Even then she not only issued the ticket for which journey was not possible but she also refused to refund the ticket. Kindly initiate necessary action so that I may get full refund as well as the official namely Ms SUSHMA SINGH be appropriately penalised for negligence in duties .
