Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to bring in your notice that there is very much problem on Panipat railway booking counter, The railway staff , CRPF both are evolved with Brokers. On booking counter railway staff has kept a wooden box, so that the costumer, could not see that what are the staff person are doing, any body can get in side the office , talk to the person who is on booking counter and get Rail ticket on giving extra money between 100 to 200 Rupees per person . CRPF person do like same they take extra money from costumer goes inside the office and get ticket.
Brokers have mobile no. of railway staffs they make call to the staff, and book the tickets easily. After a string operation some broker’s were caught, but the same brokers are doing same job in new way by mobile phone.
How much time should be taken to book one ticket, I think 5 Minutes is to much time, but your staff take 15 to 20 minutes, because they book ticket from in side.
Any how if we get ticket, they do re-printing on that so that costumer should not get right in-formation.

Sir, we request you the falling things:-
Plz. Remove that wooden box from the ticket counter.
Plz. In-crease windows of booking counter
Put CCTV camera in side and outside the booking counter
Plz. warn your staff to not pick mobile phone until he is on booking counter
And plz. Make sure that no outsider person enters inside the office.
And if possible transfer your All staff.
