i have booked ticket from irctc.co.in dated on 14th of sept 2010, train no 2138, transaction id-0238555576, Pnr Number: 2409866839, after reaching bhatinda (bti) station i come to know that the train route has been changed ,, and so, won't be able to catch the train,, therefore i want refund of my ticket,........ plz do,, it as soon as possible,.,.,.,
