i bought a new cellphone of lava iris 349 after 2 weeks i start facing up the problem in their charger point then i went to the retailer as the cell was in warranty i gave the copy of the bill to retailer and he told me that he will sent the handset to the customer service center but when i go back to him he said that that the handset is no more in the warranty and he charged from me rs250 for repairing and after few weeks later i start facing up the problem in its software and still there is a problem in its charging point
Complainant's Goal: refund my money or change the handset
