We have purchased Usha Lexus Food Processor in Koramangala, Bangalore (in Star Bazaar) on April 4th.
I have called up the customer care number 1********11 on April 12th for a Demo as we were not abe to get the chapathi dough rightly. We have purchased the food processor mainly for this purpose. The person mentioned that the request would be resolved in a day or two. From then i have been calling up with the customer care number as the request for the Demo has not been done till date. The only message i get from the person is that the matter has been escalated by mail to the concerned department and would be attended today or tomorrow. But till now that today or tomorrow has not happened. I am really fed up doing a follow-up daily with the Usha Lexus guys on this.
The service is really so bad...at the start itself...
Requesting to resolve this at the earliest....
