I bought the Usha Lexus water heater 11 Months back. From next day it was leaking slightly by drop in a day. I did not file the complaint on that. Suddenly there is huge flow water leak happened in last week. I called the service center for the help. One person came and checked and confirmed that tank is broken. He dissembled the geyser at home and left. I called again, got the harsh response saying, I have to carry the total water heater parts to service center and after repair I have to collect it back. I am completely disappointed with their response and useless service, it is small home appliance it can be repair at home. I came to know that they have many complaints on this and they have no time to attend and fix this. It looks like it is very bad product on top of that service center is unprofessional and not attentive at problem fix. I need help for replacement with new machine in place of defective one or it should be repaired at the earliest with out me roaming around service center by carrying the instrument with me.
