I have purchased a Usha Lexus Mixer Grander (MG1853) serial No. NW31120707 on 17.06.2012 from Authorised Dealer but it stopped working after using one day I lodged a complaint with customer care Bangalore vide complaint No. C120******** dated 26.06.2012 and one service personnel came and check after minor repair it work infront of him and after some time it again stopped working again I lodged a complaint Vide No. C120******** dated 30.06.2012 and C120******** dated 16.07.2012 service personnel came and told that the Motor has some manufaturing defect and it may be replaced or repaired and give a one week time but he did not came upto today I make a several telephone to him and again contracted with service center vide No 120******** dated 31.07.2012 and regularly I touched with them but they did not take any action and telling that motor still not repaired and still pending the complaint.
