MYWAY IPTV - Poor Servive of the product

I have Paid RS 1250.00 on 13 august'10 the IPTV was to be installed on 16.08.10 but no one took pain and the Connection was given on 25.09.10, But that too was not worked even for one hour again on 06.10.10 it was attended that too worked for 2 hours but nobody took pain to attend my complaint.

In view of above i feel Frustrated being a senior citizen i suffer a loss of RS 10,000 being a patient of Hyper Tension and Diabetic.


Kindly Returned my money along with suitable compensation as your Organization fails to provide services as committed at the time of booking when i talk to seniors they have told that the person who has booked IPTV had been shunted out from your services it could not serve the purpose as i suffered losses and my payment is still with you and you have not provided any services, Kindly cancel my order and refund the money along with compensation and took away your setup box.

Refund would be done within 48 hrs otherwise i have the right to claim compensation @ RS 100 Per day to compensate my treatment to cope with the disease.
