I have applied for IPTV from BSNL faridabad, they told me to contect My way. I met with one of their agent Mr. Sachin mobile no.********00. He assured me i will fix IPTV 100% gauranty. He charged from me Rs. 2000/-cash and a cheque of rs. 1250/- , He promissed me this will be a security money. and cash will be for WIFI system. which u will get at the time of connection. But when i checked with BSNL found a wi-fi is ready to issue me on rent basis which will be deducted from my bill. Niether he fixed the IPTV nor he gave me Wi-Fi which he charged cash amount. Only i have received my cheque amount of rs. 1250/-
More than three months have been over, he is cheating me and not refunding of money.
complaint is coming from BSNL also. I request the authority to take action this type of agents.

if i have recieved rs.2000 from you and if u can proov it. i will pay you 10.000 rs u r clearly lying just for rupays 2000, it was prooved in front of so many people in BSNL exchange that u r lying, if u need 2000rs pls tell me, i will give you, and forget, but don't lie just for rupees 2000........ or if u have any receipt for 2000 rs please let me see it !

The My way agent(Sachin) is asking for the receipt of Rs. 2000/- however when he received the amount from myself he did not give me the receipt for the cash nor for the cheque, which he took for My way. This was only because of mutual trust. As a human being I made the mistake of trusting him and paid him without any receipt. When I raised the matter with BSNL the guest relations officer commented that it was the second time a similar charge had been brought against Sachin, however on the earlier occasion he had later paid the dues to the customer concerned; in my case however he refused. Later I found out that a modem had been picked up in my name from BSNL which has been charged to my account every month for the last three months.
I have also lodged a complaint on the same with the BSNL Guest relation officer, She called him and enquired but he then tried to resolve the issue saying that he would install a modem at my residence from his own stock, when questioned by the GRE on why he was ready to sympathize with me on the modem issue he said that he had a modem lying extra which he was ready to give me. Same was followed up by the GRE at the BSNL store in SECTOR 16 where the store representative said that he had given a modem in my name to Sachin; however Sachin started to dispute the same with the store rep as well.
Till date I have faced a total loss of Rs. 2000/- other than the modem charges which I am still paying to BSNL.
