I have taken MYWAY IP TV trial connection based on the discussion with the executive. Later i found that the provide has not kept the promise. Hence requested for cancellation. But ever after so many follow ups through email and phone i could not see any progress on the process. It is so frustrating me as no one from the company is taking care of my concern. Even i could not get any escalation point to raise my concern to get this done.
Complainant's Goal: To file a suite on fraudulent operations on MYWAY IP TV and cacel my connection

I am also another victim of MYWay IPTV. They didn;t keep their promises and the service is very bad from the Day One. So I have sent almost 4 reminders in 3 months to take back the connection and return the Deposit but no progress.
I got frustrated and I am also looking for an escalation point.
Does any one know how to approach the Consumer court on this.
