I had hired this service after getting a call from the BSNL executive about this IP TV over broadband since i am BSNL Broadband customer.
The excecutive assured me that for one month I can take this service on Trail Basis if I don't like then can be stop by paying monthly charges of 250/-.
They asked for the security deposit of 2200 and assured will return back if you want to stop the service and will deduct 250 charges, rest will revert to you.

After a month when I asked them to stop the service, they agreed to sopt as there was geniune reason as the place where i was suppose to relocate not having BSNL Broadband Feasibility the place is Ambegaon. I verified from BSNL office.

MYWAY people done disconnection within a day but not return my money, when I called on there customer care number and asking for money saying for this plan we won't return the amount although ready to collect the device but will not return any amount.
MYWAY connection was provided to me by kartik Automobiles( Shantanu ********72,********36).This numbers available but when I ask about IPTV they cut the call. I visited to the address also but the people sitting there talked rudely and told we will not pay any amount as we have not received from MYWAY and we closed this business so don't come here again and you can compliant anywhere.

I have the receipt of Kartik autombiles/MYWAY.

Now when I request MYWAY for reconnection they are asking you have to pay whole amount of 2200 and we not considering you previous amount.

For a month connection I had paid 2200/-
