I have been using the services of YOU Broadband & Cable India Limited (Account# 513934) from more than two years now. The issue that I am getting with their service is that the internet connection at my home is not working most of the times and even then they are charging us and counting the data usage for that period of time when we are not able to use their services. I tried complaining many times but they do not help me out with the issue. Recent example was of 26th of Jan when i complained them of internet not working and logged a formal complaint with issue# 2011012611581, on checking the usage next day i found that they have shown data download for the same date when my internet connection was not working. similarly when i downloaded movies of size 2 GB , next day they put up 5GB under my data usage. On many such occasions even after complaining to the customer care nothing has been taken care off till date. Please help
