on the date of 26 Feb 2015, i call to your company's customer care and they sent mukesh parmar on my place. he collected cheque and told me your connection will be activate within 7 days, my cheque clear on 2nd march 2015 but after completion of 7 days i call to him but he tole me it will take more day and drop the phone. i call to customer care and they asking my all other details and wasting my time and and then i visit to local office , there i met with customer care executive and she told me you connection will be activated today and you can enjoy browsing. i went to home and they just install cable and told me your connection will be activated next day. i wait for more days but no one came but on the date of 10th march, i again visit to the local office and decided to deactivate connection and need my money back but all the staff fight with me and at last they bed to me please allow us to make connection, but at that time i want my money back bu they bluntly told me that you money only will be back after 45 working days, you can do whatever you can do. and take your time to take action against us if you are daring person. so finally after waiting so many days i log to complaint against this company.
Still i don't received cheque and make me irritable!!!!This Company cannot return 2000 RS. within time period.. and they are not serving people but just irritate and cheat people behalf of service....

Still i am waiting for my cheque and YOU Broadband is sleeping ...what a fraud company...please everybody don't subscribe to YOU Broadband.....
Any body in India who faced that youboradband cheat him, kindly mail me on ketavmodi@gmail.com with proof of cheat so i can show in consumer forum and prov that this company is cheater and so consumer redressal cell can take strong action this fraud company.
