hello sir,
i paid rs. 8836/- by my creditcard to you broadband on dt: 05 jan. 2013,
this payment was for my friend dr. parul c. gandhi, she was in need of
broadband connection. but the connection was never done.
so, i requested you broadband by many emails for my refund, but
there was no response from you broadband.
today 54 days has passed & still no refund.
i request you to do the needful in this matter.
