Me and my roommates had the you broadband service installed at our place (kotturpuram, chennai) a couple of months back. We paid 4440 rupees for a 3 months plan, but it has been more than a month since our Internet is off and we have been trying to connect with the customer support team but they give lame excuses everytime we call the customer care. They refuse to give us the modem, and never respond to any of our queries, even though we have already paid for their service. Rajan, Suresh, P.balu, Manikandan are the few customer support executives we have connected with, but they simply don't pick up the phone ever or talk to us. I think it's a case of complete customer fraud. The number we tried are 095-66-075963, 044-30003780, 0********98.Since we are students it's simply unbearable for us. Please take immediate action.
