Education - Poor Service by workshop

To Whom it May Concert
Dear Sir,
I am a regular customer of Maruti Automobiles since last four cars purchased by me and my family.
Recently I have purchased a Maruti WagonR LXI from Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd, New Delhi.
As the first regular service of said car approached and the same was picked from my residence on April 5th, 2014. The Car was dropped at my residence next day after routine service, Anti-rust and Teflon coating. The car was serviced at Competent Workshop at 895/C, Jain Mandir, Dada Bari Mehrauli, New Delhi
It was very surprising to note that:
1. One of the lights which I got installed in my car was missing.
2. The rear speakers got disconnected.
3. The central locking theft alarm is not responding properly and working/not working on its own.
4. The window glass pans are still rattling (Which I told them to correct).
5. The reverse gear is still stuck (Which I told them to correct).
After receiving my car, next day I received a phone call from the workshop about the car, I informed the above issues to the lady she assured me that someone from the workshop will contact me regarding me concern. But no one contacted me.
After few days another lady called me and asked for the quality of service, I specifically informed her about the status of my car. She assured me that she is making note of my complaint and a Supervisor or Manager will contact me and rectify the complaint.
But to my surprise till date no one has bothered to contact me to resolve the issue. Are they waiting something to happen, what, if the doors of the car do not open in case of emergency?
I am sure it will be considered seriously before things go wrong.
