MY ORDER ID: 143437, I HAVE ORDERED LENOVA S560- ANDROID MOBILE FOR RS.8965 ON 04/07/2013. THE ESTMATED DELIVERY DATE IS 19/07/2013. BUT TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE ITEM. ON 31/07/2013 I HAVE RECEIVED A E-MAIL FROM THEIR CUSTOMER CARE STATING THAT THEY DONT HAVE THE PRODUCT INSTEAD WE WILL PROVIDE PRODUCT VOUCHER IT CANBE USED FOR YOUR NEXT PURCHASE.
BUT I AM STRONGLY DISAGGREEING FOR THAT. I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN A REPLY TO THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER & REFUND THE MONEY BUT THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING FOR THAT. FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION WHILE SURFING ON THE NET ABOUT THEIR SERVISE I FOUND THAT THEY HAVE CHEATED LOT CUSTOMER LIKE THIS.

Till date the problem not solved. I am constantly communicating with kaunsa.com escalation team. They have assured the amount will be refunded with in 10 days. But it was not happened til date.again they are trying to cheat it seems. Kindly help me to get out of this problem.
