i have faced the same issue but after long time i got msg from NGPAY cost as they are unable to deliver the product, money will be credit on your A/C within 7 to 10 business working hrs. I got my money to my A/C

I did a recharge to my cell (airtel) using NGpay on 08/06/2014 and it failed, earlier i used to get a mail with reference number for the failed transaction and i used to get the amount back with in 3-4 working days. this time, i didnt get the mail, is the process changed? when can i expect the amount back for the failed transaction?
