ngpay - ngpay is fraud application

I am coustmer of ngpay.they send me mail about 100rupees cashback on my first tranisiction in irctc section.when i do my transiction and use the sent promo code.after booking a msg came you will get cashback in7-10 day.but it is after 20 day they donot return money.i think it is fraud application.
