I placed one order from kaunsa on 5th April after long days I raise one ticket in customer portal and they replied your order confirm and deliver soon then I wait 5 to 7 days but didn't get any joy after that I called up kaunsa customer care and they replied your order is out of order and select another product I surprised and long argument they agreed to pay my money on 18th April now comes up 2nd may but not getting my money . now I called up most of the time they are not pick up my phone and if mistake they picked up then they answered tomorrow will be provide you money but no joy. I suggest to everyone not to purchase any item from kaunsa. This is really fraud online shopping portal and always cheat you. Please any one help me how to receive my money (1050/-) to kaunsa.
