after using it for some days it automatically switched off so i have reached to a authorized service center of spice whose address is given below

i have deposited my cell for service whose Service Request details is given below

They have received it in Under Warranty and give me 2-3 days time after contacting 3-4 days they says it is sended to BHOPAL for further service and again told me to contact after 10-12 days after contacting 10 -12 days later they says it is completed and when i reached to receive my cell they told me that it is sended BHOPAL again due to some ON/OFF problem after contacting 4-5 days later they are unable to let me know the status of my cell sometimes they said it can not be repaired and commit me to call after sometime but they never contact i have also visit to the service center they says that it is in BHOPAL now its 13.12.2011 and i am still not getting my cell repaired it is in Under Warranty so why it can not be repaired ? if it not please let me know the reason or give me its replacement.
Please let me know what can i do either i have to reach Consumer Cort for this problem
