i have ordered for a tissot watch and paid RS 7999 and promissed of delivarying on 12 th sep 2013 and confirmed in the web site.
i have send mail to there mail id 'care@em.kaunsa.com'; 'escalations@kaunsa.Com' and called there telephone nos many times and did not get any confirmation on the delivary.
they have to deliver the same with 3 days or they have to return back my money with penalty and action should be taken against this company .

Complainant's Goal: i want the delivery of product with in 3 days from 12 th of sep 2013 or pay back
