I have bought a Blackberry 8520, in the month of May 2010, and it went dead on 6th of June 2010 and got above mentioned complaint no. from your call center and submitted the mobile at Redington India Limited at M-47, old Dlf colony , Sec -14 Gurgaon (H.R.) and they gave me Work order No. GUR\BB\10\00567.

They examined the phone it was not turning on and the technical executive told me that they have to send this phone to Bangalore to get it fixed if this cannot be repaired in that case they will send a replacement for the same. I waited for 17 days when no one replied me back I called them up they stated that we have received back the phone and neither it has been repaired nor they have send a replacement as they found liquid in it.

“My question to you is , my phone is still under manufacturer warrantee and why it cannot be repaired?”
