I AM AN UNFORTUNATE OWNER OF BLACBERRY CURVE 8250 .BOUGHT ON 30TH APRIL 2011.WITHIN FOUR MONTHS FROM TIRUPATI CELLULAR WANOWRIE PUNE.
,THE TRACK PAD OF THE NEW PHONE STOPS WORKING ALL OF A SUDDEN.PHONE GIVEN TO REDDINGTON SERVICE PUNE ,WORK ORDER NUMBER WAS PUN/BB/11/03796
IT TAKES TWELVE DAYS TO GO TO MUMBAI AND GET THE HARDWARE PROBLEM REPAIRED.
THEN AGAIN ,AFTER I GET IT BACK ,LATER THE RINGTONES BEEPS STOP DOING THEIR WORK .PHONE ON SILENT MODE.....
CONTACTED REDDINGTON AGAIN,WHERE THEY WANT TO SEE THE PHONE ...
LET ME INFORM YOU THE SERVICE CENTRES ARE PRETTY FAR OFF FROM WHERE I STAY ,AND THERES A COST ATTACHED TO TRANSPORTATION TO REACH THERE.
IF THE NEW PHONE UNDER WARRANTY IS GIVING INCONVINIENCE....CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS ???DIDNT EXPECT SUCH A SERVICE FROM BLACKBERRY,AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.....AFTER KEEPING FOR TWELVE DAYS IN THE SERVICE CENTRE...HOW CAN A PROBLEM REOCCUR AGAINNNN...IS THE PIECE DEFECTIVE?????/
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER ,AND KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL.AS A CUSTOMER I AM FACING LOT OF INCONVINIENCE.
