My name is Varun Menon and I am working in Gurgaon, India. I have been using a Blackberry for over a year because I need it for my work. I would like to report to you about my Blackberry 9220 which I bought a month ago. I bought my Blackberry 9220 when I lost my previous Blackberry. From the first day I bought the handset there has been software problems with it. The first day the software got corrupted I went to the shop I got the phone from and they fixed it temporarily. After that the software has got corrupted a number of more times. Twice I had to pay for it to get fixed because your service center was closed. It gets very difficult for me to leave work and go to your service center during the week because the service centers are closed on weekends.
I did gave my phone twice to the service center in Sikanderpur called the Redington Center.. At first they said they would replace it and then backtracked saying they would not. They sent my phone to Bengaluru for 15 days. The phone came back and it is still giving me problems. It is not a hardware but a software problem. So I would request you since no one else is wiling to listen to me to please replace this handset and provide me with a new one.
I might be forced to take legal action against the company which would be time consuming for both parties. So I urge you to speak to your customer care people here in India and ask them to get in touch with me since they won't help me. I can provide you the bills of the various places where I have had my software fixed when your service center was closed. I can also provide you the bills of that were issued by the service center.
