I had ordered a HP laptop Backpack BP849AA on 5th July 12.05 PM with order no.33080251.Before making order I enquire about availability.They replied that It is available.So i made order otherwise i had not.Even today my order is not shipped.Whenever i called their customer care they were replying that matter was forwarded to concerned department or they were procuring for it.I do not know why they are taking order if they have not stock.Even on 12th July and 13th July i chat with the customer care to check availability of that bag.They replied that it is available. I need my product delivered as soon as possible or refund my money in my bank account with in the 2-3 days.
