Hi,
I have ordered one mobile on 6th August. At the time of ordering, it was showing that I will get my mobile in 7 business days. But after 7 days even they didn't send it for courier. When I called to customer care then I came to know that this product is out of stock and it will be couriered once it be available.
So after couple of calls I had finally canceled my order on 13th August. And I got an answer that I will get my money back on 10 days.
But after 10 days I didn’t get refund so I had called to customer care. They told me to wait as my cancellation request is in progress.
When today (2nd September) I called again regarding it then I got an answer that my mobile is in transit as they have send it on 31st August (Even I didn’t notified about it by mail)
When I told to refund my money back then they give me an answer that it is already delivered and now they can’t do anything about it. And If I’ll not accept this shipment then they will give me a bag it today credit for future shopping.
Please help me to get rid of it. I want my money back ASAP. I don't want credit for bag it today.
