I placed an order for a product on http://www.bagittoday.com on 24th september 2013. Within 5 minutes of placing the order I got a call from a some Jai from Bag It Today and told me that I had been entered into an exclusive contest for winning a car from Bag It Today for which I would have to buy lifetime membership from Bag It Today for Rs 13999 which would enable me to get extra discount of 30-50 percent on every product on bag It Today, In addition to the discount already available on the product.

I was told that we are doing this for our sales promotion, I showed my interest in this offer and he promptly transferred the call to the payment department of the company where I was asked to provide details of my Credit card, after providing them with the same my order was placed. My order has received but its a complete fraud diamond are not genuine and are not of the cost communicated to me.

Since then i am trying to reach them, every time my call has been transferred to diff person and these guys are not even responding to my calls and disconnecting phones, have tried contacting them 15-20 times in a day, getting different excuses i.e. Ravi is in meeting, he is gone for tour, he is on lunch.
